3. No Guarantee of Results
Ringo Nutrition LLC provides tools and guidance to help you reach your health and fitness goals. However, every individual’s success depends on their background, dedication, desire, and motivation. As such, Ringo Nutrition LLC does not guarantee that you will attain specific or particular results, and you accept the risk that results differ by individual.
4. Payment Terms
Payment for services must be made in accordance with the pricing schedule agreed upon at the time of enrollment. If you opt for installment payments, you are obligated to complete all payments. Failure to make payments on time may result in the suspension of services and, if communication is not established, may lead to accounts being sent to collections or legal action taken to recover the due amounts.
5. Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the nature of the services provided, Ringo Nutrition LLC cannot offer refunds. This no-refund policy shall apply at all times regardless of your decision to terminate usage, our decision to terminate your usage, disruption caused to our services either planned, accidental or intentional, or any reason whatsoever.
